Circuit Court - South Eastern Circuit

I, Raymond Groarke, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1947, and having consulted the permanent judge of the South Eastern Circuit, and by other powers conferred on me, do hereby order the following:

1. That, with immediate effect, any sitting of the Circuit Court on the South Eastern Circuit for the purpose of fixing a criminal list or otherwise administering the criminal business of the Circuit shall be designated as a criminal sitting.

2. That this order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie.
