Papers to be read by the President for the Professional Disciplinary Lists must be lodged by the moving party in the Central Office of the High Court by 4.30 pm on the Wednesday preceding the Monday return date.
Practitioners should note that all papers lodged in the Central Office must be properly bound, indexed and paginated
In the event of papers not being lodged as set out above the motion/summons will be automatically adjourned for two weeks. If papers are not lodged by the Wednesday preceding the adjourned date an automatic strike out will apply.
