Amendment to: Order 3
S.I. No. 269 of 2001: Rules of the Superior Courts (No. 2) (Amendment to Order 3), 2001
1. Order 3 rule (21) of the Rules of the Superior Courts is hereby amended by the deletion of the existing rule (21) and the substitution therefor of the following:
"(21) (a) any other proceeding which is required or authorised by law to be brought in a summary manner and for which no other procedure is prescribed by these Rules;
(b) any other proceeding which is required or authorised by law and for which no other procedure is prescribed by these Rules."
