Public Sector Duty Action Plan

This document is the Courts Service Public Sector Duty Assessment and Action Plan, mandated by Section 42 of the Irish Human Rights and Equality Act 2014. It outlines the Courts Service's legal obligation to eliminate discrimination, promote equality, and protect human rights in all its functions as a policy maker, employer, and service provider. The plan details the steps taken to assess and address relevant human rights and equality issues, including establishing an internal Inclusion Group and engaging with civil society organizations.
