Form 2P – Personal Injuries Summons

Form 2P is a Personal Injuries Summons used in the Circuit Court under Order 5A, rule 3. It initiates a civil action where a plaintiff seeks compensation for personal injuries caused by a defendant’s alleged negligence or wrongful acts.
