For the attention of all parties for the Dublin Metropolitan District Annual Licensing Hearings taking place on Thursday 25 September 2025
Please be advised that there are three lists taking place on the above date:
- Confirmations at 11am,
- Objections at 11:30am and
- General Exemptions at 12noon.
We ask all parties to be in attendance at 11am, as the Judge wishes to deal with shorter matters first before hearing matters requiring sworn evidence.
We hope this will ensure a smooth and efficient running of the hearings.
